During 16:00-17:00 Swiss time (22:00-23:00 Beijing time), On July 28, 2022, the WOAC invited the Permanent Mission of Greece at the UN and some well-known artists to participate in a forum on the theme of “Revival of the ‘WOAC Art Competition’ ”- European Session, with discussions on different topics around the revival of the “WOAC Art Competition”, including the origin and history of "WOAC Art Competition", the development between "WOAC Art Competition" and human, "WOAC Art Competition" and European art, etc., in order to launch the cooperation between the WOAC and European and even global art circles and institutions.

The forum was held in a semi-open Zoom meeting room and all audiences interested in the WOAC Art Competition were invited to join the link and participate. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Michele Genovese and attended by Ms. Rachel Qin, Executive President of the WOAC,  Prof. Rebecca Salter,  President of the Royal Academy of Arts, Mr. Zafeirios Rossidi, Head of Public Diplomacy Office at the Permanent Mission of Greece at the United Nations, Geneva, Mr. Michele Genovese, Advisory Chairman of the WOAC, and Prof. Judith Clark, Professor at the London College of Fashion, Mr. Patrick Nijs, Former Belgian Ambassador to China, Prof. Marlow Mar (Ma Qunxiong), UNESCO Peace Messenger, Ms. Dalia Gallico, President of the University San Raffaele Roma, Design Degree and Art Lab association, Prof. Claudio Rocca, President of the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Italy, Mr. Matteo Giovannini, Youth Ambassador of the Sino-Italian Cultural Cooperation and Promotion, and Linda Xu (Xu Yuanshen), Deputy General Secretary of the WOAC.

On June 29, 2022, the WOAC held the "the First WOAC Art Competition" at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, the European headquarters of the United Nations, and announced that the First WOAC Art Competition will be held in 2023. After the conference, the Mission of the Republic of Greece to the United Nations and the WOAC Art Competition agreed to cooperate in a wide range of cultural and artistic activities to strengthen the dissemination of the spirit of WOAC Art Competition. Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Greece, the WOAC Art Competition China Preparatory Office and the Greece Embassy in China will also launch related cultural and artistic cooperation, expressing mutual expectations for the revival of the “WOAC Art Competition” and the holding of the WOAC Art Competition 2023.

The guests had a lively discussion on related topics and formed an important consensus. The successful holding of this online forum allowed more people to know about WOAC Art Competition and participate in the cause of "WOAC Art Competition Revival".
