Recently, certain unfounded rumors and unauthorized information have circulated in the market, causing misunderstanding regarding the organizational structure and position arrangements of the World Olymp’Arts Council (WOAC). In order to safeguard the authority and credibility of the Council, and following an internal formal resolution, we hereby reconfirm that the following matters remain unchanged and without any adjustment.

We solemnly clarify as follows:

I. Term of the Executive Chair

Ms. Qin Wen currently serves as Executive Chair of the World Olymp’Arts Council. Her term of office extends until December 31, 2031. This appointment remains unchanged.

II. 2027 Olymp’Arts Congress (China)

Ms. Qin Wen continues to assume full leadership, coordination, and organizational responsibility for the 2027 Olymp’Arts Congress to be held in China. The relevant responsibilities and authorizations remain fully valid and unchanged.

III. Position at the Beijing Representative Office

Ms. Qin Wen serves as Chief Representative of the Beijing Representative Office of the World Olymp’Arts Council (Switzerland), exercising full representative authority in China in accordance with the Council’s statutes and applicable regulations. This appointment remains unchanged.

The World Olymp’Arts Council hereby declares that any information released externally without formal written authorization from the Council does not represent the Council’s position and shall have no validity. All partners and relevant institutions are kindly requested to rely exclusively on official documents formally issued by the Council.

The World Olymp’Arts Council maintains full confidence in Ms. Qin Wen’s leadership and professional contributions and will continue to advance the steady development of the international Olymp’Arts movement under her guidance.
