In order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road initiative, the CAA has played a leading role as a industry association, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the WOAC, so as to further promote the development of the Belt and Road by strengthening the foundation of people-to-people communication through more active humanistic exchanges. Previously, President Qin visited the headquarters of the CAA and the Nanjing Yipei Art Examination Base for several times to conduct on-site inspections. She expressed her recognition and admiration for the outstanding achievements made by CAA in promoting the development of “the Belt and Road, People-To-People Exchange” and in the field of social arts. As the two sides are very compatible in terms of deal scope and highly consistent in terms of their commitment to the concept of lighting up the world with art, an important foundation has been laid for the two sides to reach a strategic cooperation. Both sides are willing to promote the development of the Belt and Road through the implementation of “the Belt and Road, People-To-People Exchanges” on the basis of this common foundation, centering on the scope of cooperation in the fields of culture art, sports art, and the art of science and technology.

President Qin noted that CAA's trust and support of WOAC was greatly appreciated! Although she is the Executive President of the WOAC, she is first and foremost a Chinese. She especially appreciated CAA's outstanding contribution in promoting the development of the Belt and Road in the form of humanistic exchanges. By signing the strategic cooperation and establishing a strategic partnership between the two parties, they will maximize their respective advantages and combine their strengths to jointly promote the development of the Belt and Road in the world.

Preident Qiu emphasized that the cooperation between CAA and WOAC is of great historical significance as he thanked WOAC for its strong support. Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, which is a visionary move in the right direction for international cooperation. To cope with the changes unseen in a century, we will strengthen our cultural self-confidence. Facing the future, promote the continuous innovation and development of China's social arts and go global. Promote the wider dissemination of Chinese spirit, Chinese values and Chinese power around the world. Promote the development of “the  Belt and Road” and the building of a human community.
