He was a tenor and recipient of a First Prize of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. He began his vocal studies at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris where he won a First Prize. He continued his vocal studies in Montreal, Canada, at the Operatic Workshop of the McGill University Faculty of Music. He studied under the masters Jacques Jansen and Jean-Christophe Benoit in France and Boris Goldowsky in the United States. In Germany he study with tenor Ernst Haefliger who became his mentor. He participated in several national and international competitions, including the Music Competition of Canada and the International Competition of La Mélodie Française de Paris where he win several prizes. Returning to Canada in 1976, he founded the Théâtre Lyrichorégra 20 in Montreal, a non-profit Canadian cultural organization, with the support of several personalities from the artistic world of Quebec and France. 


Works Introduction: 

His involvement as general and artistic director of the Lyrichorégra 20 Theater and his teaching task forced him to make the decision to abandon his career as an opera artist, but he remained close to this environment by creating numerous lyrical events:
